Dear all, I am trialing the software and so far very impressed. I am however getting the following on my Cron job. --09:05:01-- http://support.envisage-tech.co.uk/c....php?t_=parser => `/dev/null' Resolving support.envisage-tech.co.uk... 79.170.44.105 Connecting to support.envisage-tech.co.uk|79.170.44.105|:80... failed: Connection refused. I am able to convert emails on my exchange mailbox to tickets but can figure out why i am getting this error...? |

Make sure the details you are using for the POP3 account is correct.
