I had it working but now its all gone to pot! I'm simply trying to setup the standard Email Queues so i can get email into the system. I'll explain what i have done, and if you could fill in the gaps, or take me on a different method i would be really grateful. - So far i have created Sales and Support Categories (Tickets) - Created Email Queues for "support1@domain.com" and also "sales1@domain.com" - both are seperate and I have selected the "Pipe" option. - In cPanel i have created a cron job - */2 * * * * GET http://www.domain.com/support/cron/index.php?_t=parser (which i assume is checking every 2 minutes) - I have also created Email Forwarders in cPanel for the email address referenced above which both goto - /home/user/public_html/support/cli/index.php@domain.com After sending myself loads of test emails to those address via my gmail account etc, nothing comes through. both index.php files in the cron and cli folders are CHMOD to 755 (just in case) and the cron report displays this (sent to a standalone email): Cron <user@ngc1> GET http://www.domain.com/support/cron/index.php?_t=parser (this is the subject of the email) Total Messages<br>Rejected Messages: <br>Accepted Messages: Thanks in advance. |
