Question Direct email to hosted account? - 24-10-2008, 11:20 PM

I sent an email to support@mydomain.helpserve.com to test on our hosted account and it has not shown up in the ticket list yet, nor have I received any kind of bounce back. I have been clicking around inside of the Staff CP to try and make sure the psuedo-cron picks it up. (If it needs me to do so)

#1 Do the email's sent to the hosted account this way need the psuedo-cron to run or are they parsed automatically?

#2 If they need the psuedo-cron to run how often is it run? Is it 10 minutes like the pop.Imap checking? If so, it's been 20 plus minutes since it was sent.

They are pushed (piped) to your support desk, so it does not rely on the cron.

If you're not seeing your e-mail appear (an e-mail queue should have been created by default for you; have you removed it?), please submit a support ticket.
