E-mail fetching with Exchange Server - 20-07-2007, 06:16 PM

I'm having a bad a time setting up SupportSuite to fetch e-mails coming in and out of my MS Exchange server. If anyone out there is using SupportSuite with Exchange Server, please help!

I've setup an e-mail queue and enabled the POP3/IMAP cron job in my Admin CP. I've also followed the steps in the manual to enable WGET along with a Windows Scheduled Task on the server where Exchange is running. I've had the Kayako support people connect and test it out a few times, but they get the error below, and tell me to check my HostName and ensure that port 110 is open. I'm not totally sure what HostName to enter (I've tried a few ideas), and I believe port 110 is available, but I'm still not having any luck.

Warning: imap_open() [function.imap-open]: Couldn't open stream {mail."domain".net:110/pop3/notls}INBOX in C:\Web\CustomersFTP\Kayako\SupportSuite\modules\pa rser\cron_parser.php on line 84

Notice that port 110 is for POP3 - it seems like your trying to open an IMAP connection (which is on port 143).
