e-mail parser does not work

so .. 110 and 143 are working

Okay, as nobody seem to take any interest in it, i will just post an update myself. I have moved the helpdesk system to another server that doesn't run so many accounts. I asked several tech savvy guys, and their opinion was that it's an issue from within the application.

Anyway. On the new server, i am using dovecot and exim as well, and it seems that i am bummed on another issue:
