E-mail piping from Exchange 2003

Hello,

We have installed the supportsuite with succes on a linux server. Now we want to pipe our support@domainname.com which arrives on a differrent Exchange server to the supportsuite. Can anybody tell me how to achieve this? Thanks for any help.

Hi Tom,

I do have too exchange here and i use POP3 fetching.

The only problem is when an attach is too big and a dont have more than 6 accounts to be parsed ...

I run a cron job to parse email every 2 min.

Works for me.

Thanks for your reply. Could you give me more information on how you arranged this? You have the supportsuite running on a different server also?

Sorry about my late reply.

Yes, i do have my kayako 3.11, i mean, i updated to 3.22 working in a diferent server.

I did what the manual said to parse the email with POP3.

For sure is very easy.
