Email parser logs ? - 27-01-2010, 02:42 PM

Hi,

we use eSupport to manage our tickets. Our customers send tickets by email, and the mail parser is working fine, but it appears that if an email is rejected (too big, unauthorized attachment,...) there is no notification sent to the sender of the email, or to anybody. Is there a way to activate the logs for the parser ? Or maybe to be notify ? Our server is on Linux, and I didn't manage to find any logs.
