i have been trying for 5 days to get it to work and nothing is working. email is setup with google apps, and my webhost has cpanel where i setup cron jobs. i put the settings into mail parser as follows: POP3 SSL;pop.gmail.com;port: 995 support@mydomain.com password i also put 2 cron jobs into cpanel but idk if that did anything any help from the community would be appreciated! EDIT: i also tried google's IMAP settings and still nothing comes into the tickets |

As I said in your previous thread, you are using a pirated version of Kayako software. Until you purchase a license, please stop using Kayako software and do not come here for support, using gmail/google apps problem Quote:
