| Email Parser Randomly Misfires -

I am having trouble with our email parser. Generally it works fine and all the emails end up in the proper locations; however, occasionally we find some of our outbound emails get tagged with a different email address so the return email ends up in the wrong queue.
I have scoured to look for any problems that I may have in the Admin Panel and cannot find anything. Are there any suggestions on what I can do here? I am at a loss as to what to check next.
