Hi guys, We have an owned license running 3.40.01 with the following setup: Helpdesk: http://support Public email: supportdesk@ourcompany.com What I want to do is whenever someone replies to a ticket email, it gets attached to that ticket as a reply (I'm assuming this is what the feature is for). I'm running Fedora Core 9 with Sendmail, here's the following information: Code: /etc/aliases: support: "|/etc/smrsh/index.php" We are running Exchange 2000 on Windows 2000 Server and plan on upgrading it to Exchange 2003 and Windows 2003 32bit. I know I'm missing something but I cannot tell what it is. The knowledge base doesn't cover such a situation where it isn't support.company.com or company.com/support. Thanks |
