Hi we have 4 queues set up (Was 2 but have set 2 new to test) the first queue support@myhelpdesk.co.uk. works fine logs call, sends call info to customer etc all remaining queues support@pelicanit.co.uk (also original and was working) test@myhelpdesk.co.uk test@pelicanit.co.uk all log the call, but do not send a reply to the customer instead and error message is sent see below ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors ----- "|/home/sites/www.myhelpdesk.co.uk/web/esupport/cli/index.php" (reason: 255) (expanded from: <test@myhelpdesk.co.uk>) ----- Transcript of session follows ----- 554 5.3.0 unknown mailer error 255 the call is logged into the system, but above message sent not the usual replie with ticket info in. Any ideas version 3.00.90 thanks Richard |
