When I first started work on this 'hosted' version of Kayako last week, the email piping was working. I just entered a new email queue, for: support@mycompany.helpserve.com as described in the initial email that I got from Kayako. It worked fine, first time. Now it isn't working. I have tried deleting that email queue and re-entering it. But when I send an email to support@mycompany.helpserve.com the email just disappears. It doesn't bounce back. No autoresponder message comes back. Nothing appears in StaffCP. Nothing appears in the Parser Log (it is completely empty ...is that normal considering how testing & trials I've been doing?). Can anyone suggest a way forward? |

Contact Kayako Support from your Kayako Members Area account and open a support ticket with them. They shall look into the issue and post you an update.
