Question Email Piping Issue - 27-06-2006, 05:42 AM

Need some urgent help on this one.

We have eSupport setup on linux server, and the helpdesk has been working beautifully for months. However over time we started having clients reporting error messages being sent to them when ever they start or replied to a ticket.

It is now happening EVERY SINGLE TIME - regardless of whether it is a new user or an existing one.

What happens is a customer emails our support email address, which then goes to eSupport. The email IS received because a ticket is lodged and can be seen. The client also receives an automated email with the ticket number etc. BUT, then the client receives a second email as follows:

------------------------------
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

pipe to |/home/xxxxxxx/public_html/support/cli/index.php
generated by xxxxx@xxxxxxxx.com.au

The following text was generated during the delivery attempt:

------ pipe to |/home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/support/cli/index.php
generated by xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.com.au ------

PHP Warning: zip: Unable to register functions, unable to load in Unknown on line 0

------ This is a copy of the message, including all the headers. ------

What is happening, and how do we fix it .. any ideas?

Open a support ticket. This is outside of my domain; it's a web problem rather than a client problem. I'll move it to the appropriate forum.
