| Email piping, Webmail reply issue -

Hi,
I have successfully setup email piping and it runs fine with one exception. If a customer replies using certain web mail clients the '#' in the subject get changed to '#'. This is then recieved by the ticket system and instead of being added to the existing ticket a new one is created with something like the following subject: 'Re: [SUPPORT #QKT-449057]: This is a test' with a new ticket id.
Can you please tell me where about in the parsing script i could possibly do a str_replace to fix this issue? |
