Hi Guys, I have investigated this a number of times, but never successfully got this working so looking for a quick explanation to save me time playing. I have an instance of kayako supportsuite v3 running on one windows server, and wish to setup email piping via pop3 from another server which is windows using SmarterMail v3. Now.. I have attempted a few things but wish for someone just to let me know how it should be setup and the process within kaykao to get it working correctly. Any ideas appreciated. Fusion |

Did you ever fix this as I have to setup with smartermail also and any help would be great |
