Email queue problem - 17-05-2007, 10:13 AM

I set up an email queue to download emails from my gmail via pop3 ssl, and I found out kayako download the same email for about 400 times . Is there anything that I did wrong?

That is wierd. Kayako deleted an email once it has downloaded from POP3 account. Might be a misconfiguration issue.

Nope, It won't delete emails in pop3 account as I've test it on other account(my personal email account). The oringinal mail stays in account and will not be deleted.

Thats strange because it deletes the emails from my accounts.

What happens if you run the URL -- http://www.domain.com/path_to_your_s....php?_t=parser in your browser?
