email rebounced and can't create a ticket - 24-06-2008, 07:29 AM

Hi all,

When submit an email to support@xxx.com email address, the email was rebounced and showed the following errors. It also can't create a ticket. It's workable in past but didn't work suddenly recently.

How can resolve this problem?

pop3pipe.php - are you using v2?

Version 2 is nolonger supported so I suggest you upgrade to V3.

We are not talking about PHP. We are talking about Kayako. Kayako eSupport V2 is not supported here anymore.
