Hello Let's imagine the following scenario: support@domain.ORG is forwarded to support@domain.COM, this latest e-mail recipient is in piping connection with kayako esupport. All e-mail sent directlly to support@domain.COM are piped WELL, but all e-mails sent to support@domain.ORG aren't piped, despite the fact that support@domain.COM is RECEIVING the e-mail from support@domain.ORG. what should i do to have a full path from support@domain.ORG to esupport script? regards |
