getting rid of some extra staffs in emails

when some body create a ticket throguh his web mail email

there are some extra useless stuff which I want to get rid of

for example the advertisement at the foot of free mails

or

p {margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;}

and many stuff which wil fill my database and it does not look nice

Kayako has the break lines feature however that wont do what you are looking for.

Hello:

I have 2 questions.

1. why does the email piping cause my messages to have an extra line spacing in there?

2. How do I get my email piping to clean up the email box once it has downloaded the messages? right now they are building up since I am just forwarding the emails along? or is this cleanup suppose to happen each day or something?

Jnet: You can probably get what you want with a regular expression breakline, if you're able to define what constitutes "garbage" somewhat more specifically.
