Hello Peeps! I would like to ask for help. I am new to Kayako. I receive this kind of error message that keeps on being looped back to our support email address: New Ticket: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: mail@domainname.com retry time not reached for any host after a long failure period The email address (in this example is mail@domainname.com) is not full, and we can send emails to it normally via support@domainname.com using Outlook. However, if Kayako (which is linked to support@domainname.com) is the one sending the reply to a trouble ticket, that error message happens. Any ideas or help on this? Thanks a lot in advance. Regards, Khiel |
