| How to disable Registration Required e-mail -

I wish to require all users who submit tickets by e-mail to be registered. However support@mydomain.com is an obvious target for spammers. Is there a way to require registration but not send out the "Registration Required" e-mail?
A really nice feature would be to have set up the "Registration Required" e-mail to only be sent to domains already included in the list of registered users. Thus, when a new user company starts to use your system, add just one user by hand and then when new users from that company e-mails support@mydomain.com they get the "Registration Required" e-mail. Spammers would not.
Ideas?
