How do I get any debug information from pop3 mail fetching - 29-09-2008, 05:11 PM

As said in the title, I created a pop3 queue and entered the account information. I used this account several times before when testing other tools, the informations should be ok. In the log it says POP3/IMAP Fetching succesful. But the parser log is empty (I created several rules). Also there are no new tickets from the mails send there.
Is there any way I can see some debug informations from the mail fetching?
I searched the forum and found several lists that look like a good debug output, but nowhere how to enable this. There is one thread abouot the clidebug, but entering thins in functions_parsercore.php does not do anything.
I am using eSupport 3.30.02 (owned).

I found a way to see some results from what the mail fetching is doing. You have to open http://yourserver.tld/cron/index.php?_t=parser Still I think this is a big security risk outputing things like:

to the public.

I agree - added as a bug; Kayako Bug Tracker - Viewing Issue #818 - Mail server and mail server username disclosed to public when running parser cron. Thank you for pointing this out.
