POP and IMAP fetch are very reliable. Setup the appropriate mailboxes inside your control panel, follow the manual to setup mail queues and then ask Kayako support to set you up a cron. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Yes, setup the cron yourself if you are using an owned license. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Craig can you help guide me? I went to Crontab - DreamHost and have no idea how to even begin this process. I'm sure it is quite annoying to walk someone thru it, but any guideline/direction, I am 100% lost. Thx mate. |

Is it gttp: or http:? I also don't have a support_install directory, my path is domain.com/support/cron/index.php Does that matter? Also the command seems to be the normal one, but it says they don't allow those here Crontab - DreamHost And here is what I see, when I go to create a Cron job Crontab - DreamHost |

http sorry and no, it doesn't matter. Its the full url to the /cron/ directory. Maybe look into a service like HostedCron - Your Crontab Headquarters [ ] if your host isn't setting up crons well. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Yes, go with that path. And the above service is free, by the way. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
