and i insert a pipe email queue at the admin area of the supportsuite
but when i send a test email to that address, nothing occur....
if i change the forwarder like |home/***/public_html/support/aksdf.php(it isn't exist), there is a error email to my mail box, tell me forwarder failed. so i think the forwarder is running well, but email pipe function do nothing.
i view the parser log at the admin area, nothing has beed parsed.
supportsuite is a powerful support system! i love it, but i can't solve this question by my self.
anybody help?
plz, thx |
ps. when i add the Catch-All Rules at the admin area, nothing is catched too.
but when i use the pop3 pipe, it work well.......
