12-10-2008, 11:54 AM
Hi, i wish to increase the polling frequency of my POP3 mailbox as 10 minutes is too long. Is it vaid if i setup a cron job to call the following url every 3 minutes: http://mystite.com/cron/index.php?_t=parser I know that will kick off the download process instantly without waiting for the internal Kayako cron to trigger. Is this valid? Appreciate thoughts on the above. Regards, Chris |

Open the table swcron in phpMyAdmin and find the row with name equal to parser. Change cminute for that row to say 5 for 5 minutes. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
