Question JMail created emails coming in blank :( - 08-06-2007, 09:03 AM

Hello

We have a jmail form which submits tickets to one of our queues. However when the email is in eSupport, it comes in blank. If Outlook is used to email a queue, it works fine. Any idea what maybe causing this?

That is an odd one. If they view fine on the server, they should pipe in correctly. Submit a ticket at http://support.kayako.com and they will look into it for you.

I'm talking to them now. The forms have been working fine for 2 years with another support ticket package :/ So really not sure what is going. Thank you.
