hi i am having issues when users submit a ticket it doesnt send to support @ myhost.net
heres what i done.
i set the chmod to the cli/indes.php to 755
i then added a email forwareder in cpanel and piped it to |/home/dbhosts/public_html/support/cli/index.php
(OH and by the way, i know thats the right directory since cpanel had a dropdown menu appear when i was entering it in, so cpanel saw the dir. )
i then setup a mail pharser in the admin cp and set options to pipe it to support @ myhost.net
i also set up a catch all rule to send all mail sent to * . myhost.net sent to support @ myhost.net
and i still dont have anything happening when the ticket is first submited, my inbox is empty in support @ myhost.net but the ticket appears in the ticket system.
NOW if i reply as the staff in the ticket system --- the user gets an email with no problems, and if they respond to the email, the respond stays in the ticket system and NOW it sends the staff an email to support @ myhost.net
HOW can i get it so when the ticket is first submitted it goes into the system AND sends me (the staff) an email at support @myhosts.net ??
Thanks, Dan |
