Question Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in d:\Inetpub\HelpDesk\cli\index.php on line 22 - 25-04-2008, 09:28 PM

Hello all,

I am running eSupport 3.20.02 (the maximum build for our profiles here needs to be updated, FYI) on a Windows 2K Advanced Server with PHP 5.0.5, the latest release of Zend, and the latest release of Python/Exim available on Cygin.

Right now an MDaemon server forwards forwards the mail to an Exim server running on the same server as eSupport, which is configured to accept incoming email only. The aliases are configured properly, but when I email in I get the response:

Quote:
pipe to | /cygdrive/d/Apps/mimedecode/esupport.sh
generated by helpdesk@helpdesk.rhinosoft.com

The following text was generated during the delivery attempt:

------ pipe to | /cygdrive/d/Apps/mimedecode/esupport.sh
generated by helpdesk@helpdesk.rhinosoft.com ------

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in d:\Inetpub\HelpDesk\cli\index.php on line 22

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in d:\Inetpub\HelpDesk\cli\index.php on line 46
And Exim logs show :

Can anyone let me know what I should be looking at? I have noticed that the tickets are still being processed, but I can't have bounces going out every time a ticket update gets emailed in.

I never did resolve this, but I ended up abandoning it since our senior sysadmin decided he didn't want the extra Exim instance on our network. Having issues with parser.logfile now, over at The "parser.lockfile" is blocking POP3/IMAP fetching

Contact Kayako Support from http://members.kayako.net/. They should be able to provide you with a fix for this. I believe numerous clients are experiencing this issue.

I'll give it a shot, though the forum entry I referred to hasn't seen a response or fix yet and the bug report Jamie mentioned there has been closed as resolved.

Its resolved in the CVS build but not the latest stable fix and Kayako does not advise clients to upgrade to a CVS build. So I guess creating a ticket seems like the best option.

I strongly advise waiting for the stable as another post on this forum suggested the latest build breaks a couple of things.
