Exclamation Parser Help - 01-01-2008, 07:17 AM

I am trying to create a mail parser queue,

I have entered the correct information in the queue, I have set up a scheduled task on my Kayako server.

when checking the cron job status I get the following error

Warning: imap_open() [function.imap-open]: Couldn't open stream {ex1.maxitrans.com.au:143/imap/notls}INBOX in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\helpdesk\modules\parser\cron_pa rser.php on line 84
array(1) { [0]=> string(50) "Can't connect to mailserver.company.com.au,143: Refused" } Total Messages

I have checked the scheduled tasks task log in the Kayako admin interface and it shows that POp3/IMAP fetching is running.

IMAP is enabled in PHP.ini.

I am running the following setup Windows 2000, IIS5, PHP 5.2.3, MYSQL5, Kayako owned 3.11.01

The error suggest the Mail Queue information which you have entered is incorrect. You might want to recheck it.

I have checked the settings for the mail queue and even recreated it but I am still getting the same error.

Our mail server is not on the same server that Kayako is on, could this be a issue? As its been suggested in previous posts.

No that should not be an issue. Try using the same settings and access your POP3 account from mail2web.com - Pick Up Your Email. If it works and the issue persists with Kayako then I suggest you create a support ticket from the Kayako Members Area.
