The error suggest the Mail Queue information which you have entered is incorrect. You might want to recheck it. No that should not be an issue. Try using the same settings and access your POP3 account from mail2web.com - Pick Up Your Email. If it works and the issue persists with Kayako then I suggest you create a support ticket from the Kayako Members Area.
