Hello all, and after searching and trying to get my head around this , I just need some guidance, and hopefully can get it done.
I have all emails (info@compay.com) being brought into support suite via pop3.
all of our orders get send to this address as well, and they are in the context of this : Company Order (nr. 2314) etc..
1) I would like to automatically close these tickets (not delete, as we would want to ref. them if needed)
with the above in mind, some customers, send us emails by responding to the invoice ie (the email listed above)
How would I setup the rules, etc to close the initial email, but not anything else with it (ie RE: , Fwd:, AW: ) etc.. ??
