Which version of PHP are you using?

im getting the exact same error. freshly installed latest kayako today using PHP Version 5.1.4 on windows. i have openssl and imap enabled in case that matters |

I was having the same errors as these guys. I downloaded the latest version of PHP ran the WIndows Installer then replaced my PHP.INI file with a backup, restarted IIS and it works fine now... I had 5.1.4 now I have 5.2.5

There is some issue with POP3 SSL in PHP 5.1 which have been fixed in latest releases.
