PIPE ... when configure ? - 10-01-2008, 12:39 AM

Hello. I am a new user of Kayako ( in probe ), and having a dude and a problem.
I can contrated Kayako because is very important use PIPE, but not can use PIPE...
I need when the clients receibed the response, the client reply the mail, and add the response in kayako, but non working.
When configure this?
I created the account suppor@mycompany.com, and the clients receibed the email of this account, but when the client response to the email, non add to Kayako ...
What,s the problem? Non working for demo license ?

Did you look into the email parser installation section of the manual as followed each and every step? Besides your post does not suggest what issue you are having in setting up email piping as to what errors you are experiencing.

Simply, nonreceipt nothing. Tickets neither is created, nor is responded... is proving time and time again, and has some doubts as far as that if, once we buy the license, we are going to follow with these same problems. Some idea? Thanks!

How exactly you have you set the email parser so far?

I have formed like main mail the direction soporte@miempresa.com, and soon, in mail queue, I have formed same mail, selecting PIPE like option. The truth, not like forming it, since I have a trial license, but is one of the important steps but that I need to prove before acquiring the final license. If please, they indicate to me like doing it, agradeceria much. Thank you very much.

By formed, do you mean created a POP3 account? Email parsing will work in trial license, that is not an issue.
