Piping with Cpanel and Subdomain - 03-12-2007, 11:03 PM

Okay. This is driving me nuts.

I have mydomain.com hosted on a VPS. I added support.mydomain.com and installed K there.

I set up support@support.mydomain.com and pointed it to "|/home/mydomain/public_html/support/cli/index.php" and nothing gets through.

Hi there,

Our installations team would be happy to assist you - submit a ticket via your member's area (http://members.kayako.net).

Please could you PM me your customer e-mail address? I cannot find any information for you in our database.

Thanks,

I know this is a stupid question but you don't know how many people actually forget this step... have you went too

Admin CP > Mail Parser > Insert Email Queue >

and input the support@support.mydomain.com and assigned it to a department and all that other great junk?
