Okay. This is driving me nuts. I have mydomain.com hosted on a VPS. I added support.mydomain.com and installed K there. I set up support@support.mydomain.com and pointed it to "|/home/mydomain/public_html/support/cli/index.php" and nothing gets through. |

I know this is a stupid question but you don't know how many people actually forget this step... have you went too Admin CP > Mail Parser > Insert Email Queue > and input the support@support.mydomain.com and assigned it to a department and all that other great junk? |
