piping doesnt work i think :( - 18-06-2007, 08:29 PM

hello
i know this was arguaed many times in here but i must ask this :S

here is things i ve done. successively
1- i registered a mail adress. support@mycompany.com
2- i logged in to my cpanel/mail/forwarders/add forwarder. and typed support@mycompany.com --> |/home/***/public_html/support/cli/index.php
3- i logged in to supportsuite admin panel. i inseted mail queue for support@mycompany.com
4- i send a test mail from another mail adress to support@mycompany.com
5- there snt any tickets created and i havent get any response from support@mycompany.com

NOTE: if i submit ticket manually from supportsuite homapage as a user, ticket will create and i get response from support@mycompany.com

pls help me or i ll cry

Check your sever maillog for any reported errors also make sure you have chmoded /cli/index.php to 755.

i tried also in chmmod 777. but i havent got failure msg after sending mail.

That implies the path to the cli file begins with a backslash "\" instead of a forward slash "/". Might want to check that.

i piped it with: |\home\******\public_html\support\cli\index.php

but i got this msg after sending mail:

It should be |/home/******/public_html/support/cli/index.php and *not* |\home\******\public_html\support\cli\index.php. Probably you didn't read/understand bear's post.
