Piping and Postfix - 10-07-2007, 12:22 AM

I'm having problems setting up e-mail piping, unfortunately.

Depending on how I call the script, I get one of two error messages. If I call the script directly, I get the error "Command died with status 1: "/home/******/support/cli/index.php". Command output: local: fatal: execvp /home/******/support/cli/index.php: Permission denied"

If I call it via php -q, I get the error "Command died with status 1: "/usr/bin/php -q /home/******/support/cli/index.php". Command output: Could not open input file: /home/******/support/cli/index.php"

Postfix has RWX permissions on the CLI file; giving it world RX permissions didn't help the error when calling via PHP, so I don't believe that it's a permissions issue.

No tickets are ever created by the software, and there's no entry in the parser log.

I assume that fixing the execvp problem would lead to some iteration of the second error message. But I don't know what could be causing the second error; it shouldn't be a permissions issue, since it happens even when it's world read/execute.

Anybody have any suggestions?

I wish I could offer some help but Kayako set up mine from the begining...

I will let you know what I know thou... I use postfix on my servers and Supportsuite runs perfectally on it... so it is most definately a configuration issue...

do you have a support plan? I would just put it in as a normal ticket for the proper answers ...
