Without access (which I don't recommend giving to people you just met on a forum ), there isn't much I can suggest. Have you opened a support ticket on this?

yes i created a support ticket , but they told me that it might be a problem from the server, that's why i wrote a thread here , i really don't know what's wrong , but i have some questions and would like you to answer them if you don't mind :

1- is a php_cli a thing that should be installed on the server?
2- does the php safe mode has any effect on problems like this?
3- is there any rules from the admin cp that should be created after creating the queue?
4- i uploaded all the files in binary format except the cli folder and the index.php that is inside it which was uploaded in ACSII format , so is that correct?

Thanks

Lets go over the settings in your mail queue for this email address first, ok?
Queue address: support@domain.com
Queue type: Tickets
Fetch type: pipe
Template group: default
<scroll down>
Queue settings:
Registration required: no
New Issue autoresponder: yes
Department: support
Ticket Status: open
========
Are these your settings?

Would you consider allowing me an admin account on the desk temporarily to have a look? This can be a little tricky to set up properly I found, and hands on is the only proper way to test.
Up to you, but if support isn't helping you (kind of shocking they won't, by the way), what other options are there?

Piping is just a forward, so you should be able to set that up as long as you have access to setting up forwarders. As for cron, does your host provide access to any sort of control panel? If not, do you have shell access?

well there email forwarding but not to a php script in a directory, only to valid emails.

Is it possible to setup a cron without having root privileges?
