piping suddenly stopped on hosted system - 29-06-2009, 03:03 PM

Hi

We have a kayako-hosted system which has been working fine for years. The email piping suddenly stopped. I've checked with our exchange server administrators and they say the mail is arriving in the inbox, the passwords haven't changed, and OWA is working fine. So I guess polling from the kayako end just stopped. What can I do next to test this (given I don't have access to the server its hosted on)

If you are on a Kayako hosted service, you ought to submit a support ticket via the members' area: https://members.kayako.net and a technician will look into this for you.

OK, have done that now. Since the instructions on the support site say try the forum first, that's what I did - thought it might be quicker.
