Right now, we have the email going to Server B, which has a different domain than the one the support site is on... Example: support app. is at support.xyzcompany.com and email is going thru a POP3 which is done through our domain co. at support@xyzsite.com. Is this what you're suggesting? If so, we've already done that, but it still doesn't help with the irregular grabbing of messages. Quote:

you can create email address e.g. support@support.xyzcomany.com in your support suite machine such that you can receive a copy of the email in that machine, then pipe that message to you support suite bubble |

just a reminder, you need to set forwarding from support@xyzcompany.com to support@support.xyzcompany.com and also set up appropriate DNS records. bubble |
