Pop Email praser freeze all the time - 25-07-2007, 06:15 PM

Hi there

I try to prase emails with pop 3 into SupportSuite
Sometimes it is working fine but most of the time the browser is loading about 10 min and then freeze and nothing happens.
So it needs hours until i am able to get emails into SupportSuite

I am under windows and piping is not working.
Any solution?

Hi index,

How many e-mails are being imported by your parser (do you know how many are waiting in your inbox)?

There are only some emails, maximum 10.
After importing is done all emails are imported none are left.
But it need hours to have success most of the time the praser freeze.

I tried it on 2 different dedicated windows 2003 servers and a local maschine.
All is the same problem it seems as if the apache or MySql freeze during the pop 3 query sometimes.

Because i can not find similar probs here it should have to do something with our settings but i can not find out which one

Emails will be send without any probs, sometimes the praser is working for incoming mails but most of the time not.
Today i try since 8 hourse without success to import mails

I found an open source ticket system of course it is much more simple but prasing the emails without any probs maybe this helps.
http://www.phptickets.org

So it should be possible also prasing with your script without any probs?
