POP3, correct settings but can not login - 17-09-2008, 11:37 AM

Hi!

I know that I have setup my e-mail queues with correct login settings in Kayako - and everything is working fine when I check them with Thunderbird. Kayako can't login though.

Might be a PHP issue but I can't find any new entries in my php errorlog.

Any ideas?

If you use the same settings at - mail2web.com - Pick Up Your Email then does it work?

Wierd, in that case you need to create a support ticket with Kayako Support from https://members.kayako.net/.
