pop3 emails not being pulled in - 20-02-2008, 04:27 PM

We have a hosted version of Support Suite. During the trial I found that emails were not being pulled in. We are using the pop3 method. The live chat folks gave me a URL to hit to bring in the emails. This works but we have to do it throughout the day. My impression was that this would somehow be automated once we purchased the full licensed version (which we have). However we are still finding we have to click this link throughout the day to get the new emails. How can we automate this?

Hi dellington,

You need to configure a server-side cron to call this URL for you. This is described in the user manual: Redirecting
