POP3 Fetching problem - 30-05-2008, 10:54 AM

I already set my Kayako,

my mail server that using pop3 is on another server..

the problem is..

i can send email using new ticket , but i can't get get any ticket ...

weird..

coz kayako fetch my email.. but it not appear on the ticket menu..

anyone can explain this ??

Please check your parser log, maybe emails rejected due to some reason, or you have ticked ignore emails from the queue.

Besides checking the parserlog try running the parser URL in the browser and check what message does the browser display.

but now .. i get new problem..

case :

a@a.com send email to b@b.com

the ticket pop up.. and staff reply the message.. but a@a.com don't receive any email..
but if staff forward that message to a@a.com..
a@a.com will get the email..

what happen in here ?
