| New Member Posts: 8 Join Date: Jul 2007 | I am running SupportSuite, Hosted, and I have configured my email parser correctly. The issue is that the emails are never getting pulled into the ticket system like they should. When I manually navigate to (http://[myurl].helpserve.com/cron/index.php?_t=parser), the emails get parsed and all action happens correctly. Can someone explain why this is happening, or point me in the direction of some documentation that may explain this? |

Contact Kayako Support and ask them to set a cron on their server to poll the emails at regular intervals, however I am not yet sure why you would be using POP3 accounts when you can directly pipe the emails in the hosted solution.
