qmail and piping

my site installed just fine. I am now having a problem with piping emails. We are using the qmailtoaster (www.qmailtoaster.com) for our qmail base. I have created the alias file for the domain .qmail-support and when i send emails they reach the system but they are not pulled out by the email parser. Am i missing a step? Has anyone used supportsuite with qmailtoaster?

If you are using qmail with piping how did you install qmail. Was it from qmailrocks, qmailtoaster, or from the source itself? I really need some help with this. I ran the php checks and they are just fine.
