I have had such a problem with my piped address and spam, i am considering disabling it completely. Can you guys let me know if something like this would be possible. I have no interest in being able to create a ticket by emailing the piped address, but i DO want customers to be able to reply to an already created ticket. so i was thinking that it would be cool if when you create a ticket, it can create a temporary address for that ticket to email replies to, like ticket-32322323@whatever.com and then it will go away once the ticket is closed.
