Hello, I have a hosting package with NetworkSolutions on a UNIX server. I checked the PHP and IMAP is not-compiled so I can't use POP3. I tried setting up Piping, but I don't know what my MTA (mail transport agent) is with NetworkSolutions. Has anybody setup SupportSuite on a NetworkSolutions hosting package?? If you have can you please help me out on what I need to do. Or does anybody have any other ideas of what I can do to get this up and running?? Thank you, olimits7 |

Which control panel are you currently on - PLESK, CPanel? Also you will need root access to your server if you are on any other control panel besides CPanel to set up email piping, do you have one?
