How do I setup email piping when our SupportSuite site is on a Linux server and the email comes to our Exchange Server 2003? I would prefer to not poll our Exchange Server as we've had issues with that in the past (constant polling eating up our bandwidth). If it's not easy to do this I could possibly forward email sent to (for example) support@mycompany.com to an email address on the Linux server (e.g. support@myothercompany.com) and pipe from there, but that seems messy. Thanks. |

The only other option is polling emails from your Exchange server.
