| Swap from piping to IMAP -

Hey all,
I just thought I would share this with everyone so that hopefully someone else can learn from my experience.
I just swapped my esupport install from piping to IMAP over SSL.
Now on my server I have it set up so that emails are both stored in an email inbox and piped to kayako (this is how I wanted it for so many reasons).
Anyhoo once I swapped it over. Esupport re-detected all the emails and emailed EVERYONE again..
/me cries. Anyhoo this was my fault (I know) however if any of you do it in future.. empty out the email boxes FIRST or at least turn off the autoresponder so that you can later just delete the duplicate tickets.
Oh well, hope someone can learn from this.
