Tickets not creating - 10-05-2008, 12:22 AM

Hello,

I setup mail parser as pop3 and it was working fine it stopped working since kayako support did some upgrades, what do i need to check?, email praser is set up.

You say "kayako support did some upgrades" - are you on the hosted platform?

You should check Admin CP -> Mail Parser -> Manage E-mail Queues and all the settings for the queue. You should also check Admin CP -> Scheduled Tasks -> Manage to see if the task is enabled.

If everything is ok and you are on the hosted platform, contact support (http://members.kayako.net -> "Get Support") to see if your cron accidentally got deleted.

What is the message the browser displays when you run the parser URL in it?

Craig,

Kayako upgraded on my server to fix the 404/403 error when i am trying to update the header. I have a purcahsed version, i checked my e-mail queues and scheduled tasks they are normal. I think my Cron job stopped running though i set it up to run every 10 minutes and it didn't run for the past hour and half. Trying to trouble shoot it.
