Hi, this is the message I wrote the mail rules: Subject: Self Delete: Testuser wurde gelöscht. Body: Name des Users: Nameofuser ID des Users: 385536 eMail- Adresse des Users: email@email.com Grund: reason for self delete This is rule 1: Order 1 Body Regular Expression (Name des Users:) Body Regular Expression (ID des Users:) Body Regular Expression (eMail- Adresse des Users:) Preparse Do not Send Autoresponderemail No Ticketalarm This Rule seems not to work cause i got Ticketalarms This is rule 2: Order 2 Body Regular Expression (Name des Users:) Body Regular Expression (ID des Users:) Body Regular Expression (eMail- Adresse des Users:) Postparse Assign Ticket to User change Ticket Status This Rule seems to work cause the ticket has been asigned to me an the ticketstatus was set correct. |
